  The Role of the social inclusion department is to develop sustainable strategies and mechanisms that addresses inequalities and/or social exclusion dynamics by ensuring that socio-economic activities and citizen participation embrace women, youths, disabled persons, minorities, refugees, IDPs, migrant workers, vulnerable groups, indigenous communities and other marginalized groups, and that approaches address the root causes of exclusion and injustice.
